Career Partners International Continues Commitment to San Antonio Business Community

Posted March 17, 2015

Chapel Hill, NC (3/17/15) – Barbara A.F. Greene, equity owner of leading global talent management services provider Career Partners International, is continuing her commitment to the development the San Antonio business community through her mentorship efforts with local organizations.

Greene will be taking part in two events this month, “Succession Planning Matters” and BizWomen’s Mentoring Monday, both of which are designed to assist leaders in the development of skills that will enable them and their organizations to achieve success.

The “Succession Planning Matters” event series, which begins today and is hosted by the San Antonio Area Foundation, brings a cohort of up to 15 CEO’s/Executive Directors together to learn how to weave succession into organizational planning. As one of five leaders chosen as an Executive Coach for the event series, Greene will utilize an interactive combination of cohort learning sessions and small group coaching opportunities to help participants understand the importance and apply techniques that integrate succession planning into an organization’s overall business plan for sustainable success.

“Barbara has always shown a strong connection and commitment to the San Antonio business community,” said David P. Hemmer, President and CEO of Career Partners International. “By taking part in events like these she shares her career and organizational expertise with business leaders so they can achieve greater success.”

The March 30th BizWomen Mentoring Monday event, at which Greene will be a leading Mentor, is designed to bring together top professional women in 43 cities throughout the United States to network and develop the skills needed for professional success. Utilizing a speed coaching format, Mentoring Monday will serve as a catalyst for meaningful introductions and quick conversations between women from all walks of life.
